It’s impressive how it efficiently uses twigs for clean, hot cooking. Overall, sounds like a versatile addition for car camping and outdoor cooking adventures!

However, I have been cooking daily real meals on my CampStove on several camping trips now. Balancing our coffee pot is a bit tricky, but any pot bigger than the top opening can sit there as long as you make sure your campstove is relatively stable and flat. I specifically like this stove for cooking with a wok. It’s really hot and the heat blows out of the top nicely concentrated. Perfect for Asian cooking.
Do make sure you have an easy way to lift whatever you put on your campstove though. You’ll have to add wood while cooking full meals.

I’ve been looking for a beefier cooking option and I think the picture of the steaks really sold me.
