Hi CB Native!

We got that info from the Friends of Shore Acres Trail Map brochure (https://shoreacres.net/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/Trail-Map-Card-2016-web.pdf)

It states: “If you are parked outside of Shore Acres State Park and you are hiking the trails, you may continue on the trail through the park but you may not enter the Shore Acres Gardens with your pet.”

Not sure what you mean by Bayview/not Bayview. EDIT: I think autocorrect foiled both of us! Yes, the correct name is Barview. I’ve updated the post accordingly.

Also dogs are NOT allowed inside Shore Acres State Park and gardens. Many people take the trail and walk through with dogs but are breaking the rules.
